Emotional Intelligence and Communicating With Empathy

Format: This training will be carried out online in a virtual classroom setting. Attendees must have their laptop camera and microphones on during the duration of the session.

Attendees will be able to interact with other attendees and the trainer.

Training Overview

A 2018 McKinsey Global Institute report noted that there would be a dramatic increase in demand for employees with higher cognitive skills (such as critical thinking and complex information processing), social and emotional or “soft skills” (such as communication and empathy), and technological skills. They identified these as the three key skill sets for the workers of 2030.

In this workshop, you will learn about inter-personal skills and intra-personal skills that are key to harnessing your emotional intelligence that greatly benefit your communication and interpersonal relationships.
