Training Overview

In the Covid-19 next normal, professionals will largely continue to work from home and communicate virtually. This requires knowledge of how to navigate cyberspace in ways that are safe, healthy and empowering. Cyber-wellness
refers to knowledge and skills about using the internet for positive purposes, maintaining a positive presence in cyberspace, and how to be safer, happier and responsible users of digital technologies.

1. Understand what cyber-wellness is and why its a critical aspect of personal and workplace wellbeing

2. Understand the dangers to cyber-wellbeing

3. How to protect ourselves and our loved ones in cyberspace and apply cyber-wellbeing principles in our everyday lives
