Training Overview

Are you feeling overwhelmed from having to juggle your multiple responsibilities as campaign lead, media contact, customer liaison, content developer, event organiser, mediator, team leader and mentor? What does your emotional presence tell your colleagues, business associates and customers about you? Would you like to experience more positive emotions, despite the chaos that’s going on around you?

This engaging, experiential and interactive workshop will arm you with practical yet powerful tools to improve your well-being as a PR practitioner. Using science-based positive psychology and mindfulness techniques, it introduces easy practices to bring greater positivity into your daily hectic routine. Participants will be provided the a list of useful resources to continue with their practices after the workshop.


Learning Outcomes:

  1. Understand misconceptions about happiness, annoying features of the mind that lead us to think the way we do, and the research that can help us change
  2. Experience powerful positive psychology practices to help you find your daily calm in a hectic world
  3. Make an action plan for small and simple changes that will make your work days happier that you can implement right after the workshop​
