In this empowering workshop, we will discuss how to tackle the challenges of a hybrid work environment. You will locate the energy drains that are the source of stress. You will be given a number of concrete tools and tips with the goal of finding a balance in your ‘work-life integration’. You will learn how to regain your time and set yourself free through the power of “no”.
