Instinctively, it may seem that we should be setting clear boundaries between work and home: physically, mentally and emotionally, but on closer examination, the opposite may be true. For many, a flexible day is more optimal, not only for our productivity but also for our wellbeing.
In this empowering workshop, we will discuss how to tackle the challenges of a hybrid work environment. You will locate the energy drains that are the source of stress. You will be given a number of concrete tools and tips with the goal of finding a balance in your ‘work-life integration’. You will learn how to regain your time and set yourself free through the power of “no”.
