Resilience is what helps us rebuild our lives after personal or professional setbacks and thrive afterwards. Personal resilience is also closely related to personal wellbeing – mental and emotional. In this workshop you will learn how to prepare your mind and body to effectively deal with negative experiences that arise due to hardships in your life and how to build mental skills to thrive.

2. Understand mental and emotional wellbeing, and how to focus on your holistic wellbeing
