Communications Manager, Crisis – Global Travel Service Provider

Our client is a leading global travel service provider. The company helps travellers plan and enjoy better trips with their advanced apps, websites, partnerships and 24/7 customer service centres.

As their international business has developed very quickly in 2023, they are now seeking to hire a Crisis Communications Manager to join the International PR team.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Crisis PR in Singapore, this role will be part of the team to help respond to customers and media in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be asked to develop corporate messaging on geopolitical announcements and work with the Legal and Government Relations team when the need arises.

To succeed in the role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Track record in managing issues and crisis on a local, regional and global level
  • Some international media relations experience
  • Good understanding of regional and international media
  • Strong fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Calm and mature personality
  • Ability to work under pressure

You will work in a good team with a supportive manager and no politics.
