SINGAPORE, 30 April 2024 Redhill, a Singapore-headquartered global, full-service communications agency, has launched its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The ESOP programme launch at Redhill prioritises employee engagement and continued investment in their success. The scheme will be effective from 1st May 2024, internationally commemorated as Labour Day, and the first tranche is open to all current employees who have been with the firm for at least three years.

MANISHA SEEWAL, President of Redhill, said: “This year marks our tenth anniversary in business, symbolising our remarkable international expansion. As we celebrate this milestone, we prioritise rewarding our employees who have journeyed with us. The introduction of our ESOP plan reflects our dedication to empowering every employee through collective ownership and further strengthening client relationships. Regardless of rank, all employees will receive ESOPs, embodying our belief in the strength of collective ownership.

“With over 200 team members spanning across 20 countries—including Australia, Japan, China, SE Asia, India, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas—the ESOP plan is a strategic move to attract and retain talent, solidifying our position as a truly global communications agency,” MANISHA added.

A privately-owned firm, Redhill has consistently featured in high-growth-companies lists in its first decade of existence. The launch of the ESOP programme is the latest in a string of Redhill achievements since being founded in 2014 in Singapore. The agency has been featured in both the Financial Times’ High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific and The Straits Times’ fastest growing companies list for five consecutive years (2020-2024) and was PRovoke Media’s sixth fastest- growing agency in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa in 2022.

In 2022, Redhill acquired Creative Consulting Group (CCG), a public relations agency based in Hong Kong, and VS Story, a Singapore-based B-Corp-certified video storytelling company. The acquisition of CCG bolstered Redhill’s foothold in Hong Kong and the Greater China region, while integrating VS Story enhanced the firm’s global sustainability and integrated communications capabilities.
