• Convincing an audience – the three most powerful things you need to know about how to tap into your audience and why emotion always wins
• Techniques for relaxation: breathing techniques, vocal warm-ups, audience visualisation, pace and pitch, body language and movement
• The power of proper transitioning from slide to slide (if using powerpoint)
• The most important point – a technique to guide an audience to the most important takeaway on a slide
