The PRCA APAC Workplace Champions celebrates excellence in workplace culture, recognising organisations that prioritise positive, inclusive environments where employees can thrive.

Workplace Champions aims to spotlight agencies and in-house teams that go above and beyond to foster a supportive atmosphere for their colleagues.

These awards showcase organisations that lead by example, promoting equal opportunities and positive experiences for all stakeholders.

Teams will be evaluated on their dedication to diversity and inclusion, as well as their adherence to ethical and moral standards. Organisations honoured as Workplace Champions demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that all employees feel valued, respected, and heard, regardless of their seniority level.
