Fostering effective and productive internal and external stakeholder relations are important to resolve issues faced by organisations, and to move forward positively. By exerting their influence, stakeholders hold the key to the environment in which your organisation operates, and can affect the subsequent financial and operating performance of the entity. Thus, effective engagements with, and management of stakeholder relationships, are a growing focus for public relations and broader organisational players. This session explores nurturing and maintaining stakeholder relationships from a communications perspective.
