Annisa is Senior Director, New Operations Strategy at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, a not-for-profit organization advising political leaders on strategy, policy, and delivery, unlocking the power of technology across all three. Under the global New Operations and Performance team, Annisa oversees the strategic design and execution of the Institute’s international expansion and leads coordinated efforts for new country activation.

Annisa has over 15 years’ experience in public policy and an in-depth knowledge of regional trade and political dynamics in Southeast Asia. She has an established network across government elite, donor agencies, and the private sector, spanning multiple industries including trade, logistics, energy, agriculture, and commodities. She is passionate about driving policy reform and commercial results through stakeholder engagement, strategic messaging, and navigating the political arena.

Prior to TBI, Annisa was Partner and Managing Director at public affairs firm Asia Group Advisors, where she grew the company’s client portfolio and regional footprint. Her work in the region started at the ASEAN Secretariat, with a focus on rule of law, nuclear disarmament and regional peace and security.

Annisa holds a Master of International Law from the Australian National University, and a Bachelor in Social Anthropology from SOAS in London.
