The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) APAC has launched its first-ever Asia-Pacific focused report on Reputation titled ‘Reputation: The APAC Perspectives Report 2024’.
This comprehensive report aims to provide insights into the importance of corporate and brand reputation in the APAC region, along with the key opportunities and challenges for practitioners. It is based on the insights and opinions of brand and agency communications leaders based in the region and defines the concept of reputation in APAC through the lens of communications.
The report identifies the key communication challenges faced by corporate reputation practitioners and offers effective ways to address them. It also highlights the programs and initiatives that communicators are prioritizing in 2024 and identifies significant trends in communications that corporate reputation practitioners should keep an eye on to leverage growth opportunities.
Key challenges and opportunities identified include the rapid evolution of technology such as AI, the intentional power of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and the growing need for expertise in ESG communications.
