Rebecca Wilson is Executive Vice President International of WE Communications where she is responsible for leading a borderless team of agency specialists to evolve the agency’s sectors and capabilities. She is responsible for leading the innovation and productization of WE’s Brands in Motion global study, uplevel agency capabilities and lead the strategic delivery of integrated, strategic, data-driven communications. She also leads Corporate Reputation & Brand Purpose in the International markets.
With a passion for consulting, Rebecca brings more than two decades of experience in high level, complex stakeholder engagement working with executive management teams and Boards on investor relations, corporate & public affairs, ESG, and issues & crisis management across multiple sectors – healthcare, financial services, aged care, technology, consumer brands, and professional services.
She was CEO and Proprietor of Buchan Consulting prior to its acquisition to create WE Australia. She is currently a Non-Executive Chairman for ASX-listed health informatics business, Alcidion, and a Non-Executive Director of UK private health and wellness business Ateria Health. She has as BA (Journalism), Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
