Sanjay has over 20 years of Client and Agency Procurement, Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain experience with Mars, Inc., Philip Morris International & WPP Plc.
After graduating with an Engineering degree from the UK, he moved quickly into the commercial work environment which included FMCG and later Media and Advertising; allowing him to apply his trade on ‘both sides’ of the business (client and agency) and exposed him to numerous and continuous negotiations with suppliers, agencies, clients and internal stakeholders.
Having lived and worked in various parts of the world, including Western & Central Europe, Middle East and Asia; he has developed his Commercial & Negotiation skills across various cultures and regions.
Sanjay has trained & coached numerous groups and individuals across various business sectors on negotiating skills and how to successfully resolve commercial & business ‘conflicts’ in our daily lives based on ‘real life’ challenges.
He considers himself an amateur scientist and historian, hence most of his spare time is spent researching, investigating & learning his hobby whist he also tries to keep physically active.
