Dr Karine Lohitnavy-Frick is the founder and Managing Director of Midas PR, where she is known as the company’s “Master Connector.”
With over 20 years of experience in driving PR strategy for leading organisations across various sectors, Karine founded Midas PR in 2007 after gathering insights and honing her skills in Luxembourg and Thailand. Over the past 16 years, Midas PR has seen strong, consistent growth and is now recognised as one of Thailand’s leading multi-award-winning PR and communications firms. In addition to leading the Midas team, Karine serves as the Chair of PRCA Thailand and is a member of PROI Worldwide.
Karine is also a renowned thought leader and sought-after speaker on topics such as reputation management, corporate communications, and diversity and inclusion. She has shared her expertise at numerous leadership, business, and PR conferences, including the Women in Business Series and the Thailand Startup Summit.
As a passionate advocate for female leadership, Karine strives to be a role model for women, inspiring them to pursue their aspirations. She co-founded The Lionesses of Siam, a unique social and business networking group exclusively for women in Thailand. Karine’s achievements have been recognised with several awards, including the Prime Award for International Business Woman of the Year 2023.
