Isabella has been a member of the PRCA Southeast Asia’s NextGen Group since 2020 to connect with and inspire young practitioners to join the field of Policy Communications.

She is currently leading communications for Amazon’s Economic Policy across Asia Pacific and double-heading as the Corporate Communications lead for Amazon in Singapore. Prior to Amazon, she was most recently the Deputy APAC Policy Comms Lead for Twitter, where she was responsible for driving regional thought leadership programmes for Twitter’s APAC Public Policy and Trust & Safety teams, while educating and building trust among key external stakeholders such as the media, civil rights activists, academia and non-profit organisations about the company’s principles, rules and policies across the APAC region.

Prior to Twitter, Isabella worked at a number of global PR agencies in Singapore and specialised in public affairs and B2B communications.

Before going into communications, Isabella first arrived in Singapore as a quantitative analyst at Penn Schoen Berland (PSB), a market research firm. She started her career in Public Policy and Research at the European Parliament and worked in several think tanks in Brussels and Washington D.C.

Isabella holds a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from the College of William & Mary in Virginia, USA and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
