Indonesia, July 10, 2025 — Vero, a leading communications consultancy in Southeast Asia, has expanded its leadership team in Indonesia with three senior hires: Aditya Syahputra as Creative & Creators Manager, and Fuad Arrasyid and Bobby Raharjo as Communications Directors. Together, Syahputra, Arrasyid, and Raharjo bring extensive experience in strategic communications to support Vero’s continued growth in Indonesia and across the region.
With over 15 years of experience in the creative industry, Aditya Syahputra joins the Influencer Relations team as Creative and Creators Manager. His professional journey has thus far taken him to companies like Vidio, where he helped release over 70 original series—many of which were led by new and upcoming creatives— and was recognized as Most Valuable Employee for three consecutive years.
At Vero, Syahputra brings a rare blend of a creator’s empathy and a strategist’s eye, infusing campaigns with culturally resonant narratives and visual thinking. His creative lens will shape Vero’s influencer strategy and branded storytelling, helping clients build stronger emotional connections with audiences. His appointment is part of Vero’s larger efforts to advance influencer marketing in Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asia, where the industry is set to hit 1.068 billion in market size within the next three years.
Named Campaign Asia’s Influencer Marketing Agency of the Year for Southeast Asia, Vero continues to champion Southeast Asia’s creator economy through authentic storytelling and innovative strategies. “A story needs a storyteller, a storyteller needs a strategy, and a strategy needs a support system,” shares Syahputra. “I’m thrilled to be part of Vero, where collaboration turns narratives into impact. I look forward to helping shape content and influencer partnerships that move people, at scale.”
Another key aspect of Vero’s vision in the region is sustainability, which newly appointed Communications Director Fuad Arrasyid will be advancing. His team is a dedicated unit focused on impact-driven campaigns and sustainability programs, helping brands align purpose with communication. To this end, Arrasyid brings a wealth of experience working with local and global brands in managing crises, launching humanitarian missions, and rebounding from near bankruptcy, among other high-stakes projects.
Looking ahead for Indonesia’s PR industry, Arrasyid is especially excited about how technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) are challenging communications professionals to adapt and reimagine their strategies. For him, Vero’s dynamic, entrepreneurial environment is a great place to do so, saying, “It’s energizing to be part of a team that doesn’t just keep pace with industry change but actively shapes it. I look forward to creating impactful work that elevates the role of strategic communication in driving positive change.”
Meanwhile, fellow Communications Director Bobby W. Raharjo is set to lead the Indonesian business unit servicing technology and platform clients. Raharjo brings over 15 years of professional experience working with brands like Netflix, Unilever, Mastercard, and Prudential as part of global and regional PR firms.
Aside from working at the forefront of news and information technology, what Raharjo looks forward to most about his time with Vero is the team. “I’m super excited to be working with many young talents at Vero,” he says. “Not only to share my experience with them, but also learn from them as future generations of storytellers.”
Recently honored with the Medium Consultancy of the Year Award at the 2025 PRCA Awards, Vero Indonesia strives to continue its strong momentum in client excellence and innovation in the months ahead with an even stronger team.
“At Vero, we believe in blending experience with innovation,” shares Chatrine Siswoyo, Senior Advisor for ASEAN. “Over the past year, Vero Indonesia has more than doubled in size, both in terms of team and portfolio, serving a wide range of clients from tech, FMCG, and property to tourism and platforms. With the addition of Aditya, Fuad, and Bobby, each bringing distinct strengths across creative, sustainability, and tech communications, we’re reinforcing our commitment to becoming Indonesia’s leading full-service agency. Their leadership will deliver even greater impact and continue setting the bar for modern communications in the region.”
