SINGAPORE, 6 May 2025 –

The Public Relations and Communications Association Asia Pacific (PRCA APAC), in collaboration with Sequencr AI, is proud to launch “Generative AI Bootcamp – Master the Future of Communications” – a hands-on training series designed to equip communications professionals with cutting-edge AI skills.

These in-person workshops will take place in Hong Kong (3 June), Malaysia (5 June) and Singapore (9 June) and will be preceded by a region-wide webinar (20 May) open to all APAC markets. The bootcamps, led by digital transformation and technology expert Matt Collette, will offer actionable tools and accessible frameworks to help PR and communications teams integrate Generative AI into their daily workflows. Attendees will learn how to apply AI for everything from online reputation management and search to data analysis and more.

“Communications professionals around the world are already leveraging Generative AI to augment their capabilities and build superpowers”, said Matt Collette, CEO of Sequencr AI, “but most are still early in the journey, testing or piloting AI without a clear path to strategic impact. This training series is about giving comms professionals the tools, confidence, and context they need to move from experimentation to mastery, so they can lead in the next era of our industry”.

The training is suitable for both beginners and intermediate users and will explore advanced techniques like prompt engineering, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and visual AI tools to boost strategic impact and creativity.

Ed Burleigh, Head of PRCA APAC, said: “We’re so excited to launch this Generative AI Bootcamp series. Matt is an excellent trainer and very well regarded in the industry so there’s a lot of anticipation for these sessions. In an era when AI is transforming how we communicate, these workshops are essential for APAC communications professionals looking to lead that change with confidence”.
