Singapore, 20 May 2025 – The Public Relations and Communications Association Asia Pacific (PRCA APAC) and PublicAffairsAsia are proud to announce the launch of this year’s much-anticipated Corporate Affairs Forum and Gold Standard Awards on Wednesday 8 October 2025 at the American Club in Singapore. As cornerstone events in the corporate communications and public affairs calendar, these industry-leading gatherings continue to serve as vital platforms for professional discourse, thought leadership and celebration of excellence.

The Corporate Affairs Forum 2025 will bring together the region’s most influential voices in corporate affairs, public affairs, government relations and communications. This year’s theme, ‘Globalisation: What’s Next?’, explores the critical forces reshaping industries worldwide.

With rising geopolitical tensions, economic protectionism and the transformation of global supply chains, organisations in APAC are navigating an increasingly complex landscape. The Forum will examine the shifting rules of engagement and provide insights on how public affairs and communications leaders can stay ahead, connected and resilient in an era of global uncertainty.

“The Gold Standard Awards and the Corporate Affairs Forum have long been two must-attend events for public affairs and strategic communications professionals. In a year of geopolitical turning points, this year will prove no exception. With the theme of ‘Globalisation – What’s Next’, the forum will provide the insights practitioners need to help corporations navigate the political and communications landscape in these unprecedented times.”

Steven Okun, CEO, APAC Advisors

“We live in interesting times, and both the political and economic scenarios are in a state of flux. Attending events such as the Corporate Affairs Forum and Gold Standard Awards give professional communicators the opportunity to compare notes and start to make sense of the rapidly evolving regional and global challenges.”

Lionel Zetter, Vice President, PublicAffairsAsia

After the Forum the Gold Standard Awards 2025 will then commence at the American Club. The awards celebrate excellence across 25 categories, recognising achievements in stakeholder engagement, crisis management, media relations and corporate social responsibility. Open to organisations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, the awards provide an opportunity for agencies, corporations, NGOs and governmental organisations to showcase their accomplishments and set benchmarks for success. Entries are evaluated by a distinguished panel of senior industry leaders, ensuring a fair and rigorous assessment that upholds the prestige of the awards.

These key events reinforce PRCA APAC’s commitment to fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing and professional growth. With a strong lineup of distinguished speakers and industry leaders, attendees will gain valuable insights and unique networking opportunities.

“These back-to-back events are a real highlight in our annual calendar. This year I’m hoping to see an increase in attendees and award entries from across both APAC and MENA. Amidst the current geopolitical landscape, our theme this year promises to be particularly thought provoking and we can’t wait to announce the final lineup of speakers.”
