This is a rare opportunity to be a deputy to the Managing Director where you will be involved not just in driving client counsel and growing the business, but also has responsibilities in leadership, P&L, talent management and business operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in managing B2B/Tech/Corporate Communications within agency setup. You have a proven track record in leading, mentoring and coaching a team of committed and talented individuals. You are collaborative and knows how to work with teams across different markets to drive regional responsibilities. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential due to the clientele in the region. Experience in managing Greater Bay Area work will be an advantage.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to senior clients and a key leader in the region. Ensuring the team delivers high quality service should be second nature to you. You need to possess commercial acumen, has a strategic mind and is willing to play an active role in growing the business.
