Asiya Bakht is the CEO & Founder of Beets Public Relations, a boutique PR agency with an expertise in crafting compelling communication solutions for brands. She is a PR maven with 20+ years of experience in building and managing reputation for global brands. As a former journalist, she combines storytelling skills with strong media relationships and a nuanced understanding of local and international press.
Previously the APAC head of communications for iconic creative agency BBH, Asiya has also led Marketing Communications for the French advertising company Havas Group in Asia Pacific. Her experience of marketing ad agency networks makes her one of the top communications professionals in the space.
She started her career at ANI- Reuters in India and moved to Singapore in 2002, where she has held senior editorial roles at Haymarket Asia (Campaign) and Reed Business (Television Asia). Beets PR was born out of her desire to help support the brand and marketing ecosystem with specialised, hands-on and high-quality PR & Marketing consulting.
