Robert is CEO and co-founder of PAPER & PAGE, an agency recently recognized as one of Asia-Pacific’s 2019 new PR consultancies of the year by the Holmes Report; a member of mc Group’s global network, they represent Germany’s largest communication company in the Thai market.
Creative, driven, and full of fresh ideas, Robert is a native English-speaking marketing communications expert with 13 years of international experience in the private and public sectors; he has crafted communications products for clients from diverse industries.
He plays an active role in all the agency’s accounts, including government-funded programs (e.g. Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, US Dry Bean Council, and USA Dry Pea & Lentil Council), NGOs (e.g. Child’s Dream Foundation, Deutscher Fußball Botschafter, and ECPAT International), and private corporations (e.g. Haier Group, Pasona Group, and Siam Winery). Before pioneering PAPER & PAGE, he worked with the American PR and communications firm Burson-Marsteller in its Bangkok office. As the agency’s senior editor, he drafted and edited content for many of Southeast Asia’s leading brands.
Robert’s prior experience in Thailand includes producing polished marketing collateral and social media plans for the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the largest UN body serving the APAC region.
He has delivered training at Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University, and Thammasat University, Thailand’s top-three universities, specializing in crisis communications, digital marketing, and PR. He also taught at three Canadian universities; most recently, Carleton University in Ottawa.
