PRCA Southeast Asia to launch Regional Board

PRCA SEA is looking for PR and communications practitioners to form its inaugural PRCA SEA PR and Communications Regional Board.

The PR and Communications Regional Board provides a formal mechanism to consult with the industry’s most senior practitioners on the issues PR and communications faces; to act as a think-tank for the industry; to inform the PRCA’s strategic priorities; and to produce helpful commentary, advice and best-practice guidance for PR and communications professionals. Tackling issues such a diversity, mental health, client/agency relationships and professional development, the PR and Communications Regional Board is a force for good and facilitates top tier conversation.

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone you know (must be a PRCA SEA member) to be one of PRCA SEA’s inaugural PR and Communications Regional Board members, then please write no more than 100 words on why you believe you/they should be a member.

Please submit your entries to tara.munis@prca.seasia.global.

About the PRCA

Who we are: Founded in 1969, the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) is a UK-based PR and communications membership body, operating in 66 countries around the world. Representing in excess of 30,000 people, the PRCA is the largest PR membership association in the world. The PRCA promotes all aspects of public relations and communications work, helping teams and individuals maximise the value they deliver to clients and organisations.

What we do: The Association exists to raise standards in PR and communications, providing members with industry data, facilitating the sharing of communications best practice and creating networking opportunities.

How we do it and make a difference: All PRCA members are bound by a professional charter and codes of conduct, and benefit from exceptional training. The Association also works for the greater benefit of the industry, sharing best practice and lobbying on the industry’s behalf e.g. fighting the NLA’s digital licence.
