PRCA Southeast Asia becomes a supporting partner for GlobalThink Singapore

PRCA Southeast Asia has signed up as a supporting partner for an executive roundtable entitled GlobalThink Singapore.

The GlobalThink executive roundtable provides a valuable opportunity for executives in business, government and NGOs to have a private, structured information exchange while building relationships with peers working at a senior level in allied organizations.

Participants from three continents have already confirmed attendance. To ensure maximum interaction, the GlobalThink executive roundtable is limited to 35 senior colleagues. The roundtable’s interactive discussions will occur in a relaxed atmosphere as a closed-door business setting offering more in-depth conversations than most conference events.

The Roundtable will take place on November 22, 2019 at the LKY School of Public Policy on the National University of Singapore’s Bukit Timah campus next to the Singapore Botanical Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Francis Ingham MPRCA, Director General, PRCA, said: “We are delighted to support Globalthink Singapore. This event will provide a hugely valuable opportunity for executives from a broad range of different organisations to find common ground and to build relationships. Providing international support to this initiative is a tangible example of the value that PRCA Southeast Asia as a region-wide organisation is bringing to our industry here.”

Robert Grupp, GlobalThink Singapore Director, added: “As the geopolitical landscape continues to shift and turn in unpredictable ways, companies increasingly are taking a leading role in bringing society, politics and business back together.  Successful engagement is enabled through collaboration and effective communication. This interactive roundtable is designed to identify strategies with the most potential to change the game.”

About the PRCA

Who we are: Founded in 1969, the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) is a UK-based PR and communications membership body, operating in 66 countries around the world. Representing in excess of 30,000 people, the PRCA is the largest PR membership association in the world. The PRCA promotes all aspects of public relations and communications work, helping teams and individuals maximise the value they deliver to clients and organisations.

What we do: The Association exists to raise standards in PR and communications, providing members with industry data, facilitating the sharing of communications best practice and creating networking opportunities.

How we do it and make a difference: All PRCA members are bound by a professional charter and codes of conduct, and benefit from exceptional training. The Association also works for the greater benefit of the industry, sharing best practice and lobbying on the industry’s behalf e.g. fighting the NLA’s digital licence.
