Lina has been shaping narratives for over 15 years, and is currently the Regional Managing Director at Mutant, a communications agency that was crowned Medium PR Consultancy of the Year 2022 by PRCA APAC. Lina has a mix of both in-house (Microsoft & Lazada) and agency (Ogilvy & Edelman) experience.
A Mutant for almost six years and counting, Lina has been instrumental to the growth of the agency stemming from its strong tech roots in Public Relations and Content. She joined Mutant at a critical juncture with a mandate to lead and scale the Technology and Lifestyle PR teams. Lina has since more than tripled the agency’s revenue, counting tech giants such as Meta (Facebook), Logitech, Samsung, Zendesk, Shopee Singapore & more as key client partners.
Outside of delighting clients, Lina has a passionate for mentoring young talent to unleash their leadership potential. Under her guidance, numerous young Mutants emerged champions at industry events – such as the inaugural ICCO Next-Gen PR World Cup, PR APAC’s Future Leaders and PRCA’s PR Young Lions.
Currently enrolled in Asia’s top Executive MBA programme from the National University of Singapore, Lina looks forward to continuously honing her leadership and business skills for the next, exciting phase of Mutant’s regional growth as the agency celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
