Internal Communications and Campaigns-Project Management Specialist (4-6 month contract), Financial Service Firm
Location: Singapore
An award-winning global financial institution with a leading presence across Asia, offering a variety of service lines is now looking for a Manager / Senior Manager level candidate to hire on a contract for 4-6 months to drive internal communication activities around the implementation of new technologies and organisational transformation happening across the company globally. The right candidate will work with some of the best and brightest experts in the tech, financial services, and organisation change management in the industry.
About the Role
- Work across working teams to help fine-tune the transformational change initiatives and internal communication campaigns across the firm
- Lead on project management initiatives including planning, scheduling, and ensuring the project team is delivering and meeting deadlines.
- Drive strategic communication plans
- Develop creative ideas and strategies for the firm’s industry events to increase employee engagement
- Write and develop content for the campaign’s assets- 70% short form writing / 30% long form writing required
- Help with organising internal corporate employee events
About the Candidate
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a public relations or a communications oriented role
- Possess and integrated communications mindset and strong marketing project management skills
- Have a keen interest in the technology and/ or financial services industry.
- Possess strong English writing skills
- Superior organisation and presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of media, and hot button issues in the transformation management space.
- Ability and willingness to travel through Asia if needed.
