Brewer, a trailblazing APAC communications advisory firm, is rapidly expanding and we’re seeking a Digital Lead based in Jakarta, Indonesia to spearhead our digital team. As a Digital Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, utilising digital channels to achieve our clients’ local and regional business goals. About the Opportunity:
This unique opportunity beckons a self-driven builder and collaborative team player passionate about contributing to a rapidly-growing firm. We are seeking a Digital Lead with a zeal for building and a desire to advance their career in a supportive environment as we expand across Asia.
As a core member of our progressive team, you will be instrumental in shaping our firm’s digital offerings and driving success for both local and regional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of digital-related marketing campaigns across web, programmatic, search and social.
- Activate digital marketing strategies, aligning with the CMO agenda and the broader marketing and communications scope.
- Develop digital and multichannel marketing strategies for clients, supported by rigorous analysis.
- Create strategies and provide in-depth recommendations based on robust analytics, marketing and communications fundamentals and research.
- Plan and execute campaigns across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok), as well as other third-party social media management platforms, on behalf of clients.
- Conceptualise, plan and operate demand generation and lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Develop and execute paid social and content campaigns, including setup, management, optimisation and reporting.
- Manage email marketing programmes and analyse performance data to make adjustments and improve results.
- Utilise social media analytics, marketing automation tools and keyword/SEO tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas of improvement.
- Build and expand Brewer’s digital offerings by creating new services and capabilities that meet the needs of clients in APAC.
- Proactively identity new opportunities for digital growth in the region, including driving digital revenue streams from existing clients and new businesses.

- Is bilingual, with an excellent command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excels in being highly organised, detail oriented and results focused.
- Embodies a self-motivated and self-starting personality.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Exhibits a deep digital marketing proficiency:
- Has a fervour for digital-first and performance marketing in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Possesses deep knowledge of the digital media landscape in Indonesia and the rest of the region, capable of thinking and working across the entire marketing and media mix
- Is proficient with numbers and data, MS Excel or similar data processing tools
- Understands the agency ecosystem and ways of working.
- Maintains a keen awareness and understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and happenings.
- Exhibits the hunger to learn on the go and upskill based on team and client requirements.
- Brings 5 to 7 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably with an agency.
