Carol joined Golin Hong Kong in March 2019 and is the Managing Director of the Hong Kong office. Carol has 13 years‘ experience building brand reputation and connecting brands with consumers. She was named Women to Watch 2021 by Campaign Asia-Pacific and has obtained Harvard Business School certification on Sustainable Business Strategy.
She has led award-winning campaigns with insight-driven creative that brings positive impact to clients’ businesses. One of the examples is increasing Amazon’s Book Depository Y-o-Y revenue by 200% through insight-driven campaign and boosted Hong Kong market to top 3 out of 130 cities.
In 2020, she led a 2-year campaign for the Environmental Protection Department’s Reduce and Recycle 2.0 campaign to create a new character Greeny to educate the public about clean recycling alongside with Big Waster in Hong Kong.
She has also worked with a wide range of retail, travel and hospitality brands, from truly local brand that requires local understandings, to multi-national corporations that need a consistent voice across the region. These include Hongkong Land, LANDMARK, Toys”R”Us, Tai Kwun, Pacific Place, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, the Ritz-Carlton Macau, JW Marriott Macau, Galaxy Macau, Citygate Outlets, Qatar Airways, Zespri, and many more.
Prior to joining Golin, Carol worked in two of the top three PR agencies in the world, and served clients including IKEA, Samsung, Tesla, MGM, HK Express, and City of Dreams. She was recognized as the Young PR Professional of the Year by PRWeek Awards 2016.
