Singapore, 30 September 2025 – Weber Shandwick, the earned-first global communications agency, today announced the promotion of Shashikanth Someshwar to Chief Executive Officer of Weber Shandwick India, effective October 1.
With a team of more than 150 people across Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Bengaluru, India has become one of Weber Shandwick’s fastest-growing markets in Asia Pacific, fueled by demand from clients in technology, healthcare, consumer, and public affairs. Someshwar’s promotion reinforces the firm’s commitment to building on this momentum and expanding its leadership presence in the region.
