Helen Wailes is the APAC Senior Director of Communications at Boston Scientific, a US-based medical device company. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s reputation across 24 markets with the aim of building trust, belief and advocacy amongst stakeholders.
Helen has a strong healthcare track record having previously held senior communication roles with GSK and AstraZeneca. She is a strategic communications specialist with over 20 years of industry experience and an exceptional track record of delivering business value. Her international experience spans diverse and complex markets across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. She has deep experience of disposal, merger and acquisition communications including post-merger integration. Helen is highly skilled at building, managing and developing multicultural teams, business partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional working.
