Currently editor of Food News International, Sheila Wan was photojournalist and editor of trade and B2B publications with international readers for 18 years. For 10 years, she lectured on mass communications and journalism in Singapore’s tertiary institutions. She was a US-based Tabbies Awards judge for editorial and design excellence in publications.
