With over eight years of experience, Marsha is a communications strategist and storyteller who’s passionate about making a difference. She is obsessed with crystallizing objectives (which means she may ask you a lot of questions), combing through audience insights, trends, and experiences to find that ‘hook’, and defining a strategy that is both sound and sticky. This enables her to execute a communications program with precision across the PESO channels, no matter whether it is making brands relevant, growing corporate reputation, or managing a crisis.

Her portfolio spans a wide array of industries, including aviation, banking, FMCG, lifestyle, tech, and sustainability. Notable clients include Airbus, Asia Pulp & Paper, Dairy Farm, Heineken, Jetstar, Nestlé, Netflix, Qantas, Spotify, Tinder and WhatsApp.

Throughout the years, Marsha has helped these clients make an impact through fearless creativity. This includes award-winning works, such as the ‘Digital & Social Media Award’ in PRCA APAC Awards 2022 for an alcohol brand, and the ‘Campaign of The Year’ runner-up in Asia Pacific PR Excellence Awards for an education brand. In 2021, she also won the Cannes Young Lions Indonesia (PR) and became the first Indonesian team to be shortlisted in the Global Top 8.

Prior to joining AKA Asia, Marsha was General Manager at Maverick Indonesia, one of the country’s largest and most respected PR firms. During the stint, she enjoyed the challenges that came with running the business and shaping its future, including acquiring digital marketing capabilities, portfolios, and awards.

She has also trained clients on the topics of Media Handling, Crisis Management, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills, and is serving as a co-chair of the PRCA APAC NextGen.
