Summary

Organisations exist within a complex network of social, economic, political and technological factors.  Shifts in any of these aspects of the organisation’s environment can lead to problems and crises.

This workshop will provide a good understanding of theoretical and operational concepts of communications strategies and dealing with various stakeholders with empathy.
